Quick Look: MAC Alluring Aquatics Collection

As most MAC fans already know the Alluring Aquatics collection official released in stores on 5/22/2014. I received some of the collection earlier this week but haven’t had a lot of time to really test them out. But I did want to share my quick lip swatches of the lipsticks.

Product Review: MAC Punk Couture Collection Lipsticks

Many of you may already be aware of the December 26th Punk Couture Collection that MAC will be releasing (and if you were lucky enough to catch Nordstrom’s brief online pre-sale you might already have your hands on the collection). The collection includes pigments, an eye shadow quad, lip glasses, and 4 lipsticks. This review focuses on the lipsticks in the collection.

Product Review: MAC Indulge Eye Shadows w/Swatches

MAC’s latest collection, Indulge, has been released online (and will be available in stores on 8/22). According to MAC’s press release:

You’re invited to a dinner of supreme decadence, where no taste is too extravagant and no behaviour beyond limits. On the menu: Cremeblend Blush flushes skin with a sensual glow while Eye Shadow smolders for the ultimate in seduction, intensified by Fluidline in Gilt Gourmet and Deliciously Rich. Haute & Naughty Too Black Lash darkens and lengthens lashes, while Lipstick and Lipglass further intoxicate the senses, as lacquered nails shimmer in jewel tones and molten metallics.

Among it’s lineup is 8 eye shadow, 2 of which are repromotes. As is often the case with MAC collections, all of the eye shadows are limited edition. I have 7 of the 8 shadows available for review. 

Product Quickview: MAC Pressed Pigments for Fall 2013 w/Swatches

 

You’ve probably seen the buzz for MAC’s latest edition of the Pressed Pigments line for Fall 2013. This time there are 12 options to choose from, 5 of which are limited edition. The 215 Medium Shade Brush (the bigger brother to the 214 brush in my opinion) is also being promoted with this collection. The pressed pigments retail for $21 (US) while the brush retails for $25 (US). You can check out the quick swatches I did later!

I struggled with posting anything about this collection since the online release dates kept getting pushed back, but it’s FINALLY available online so I can finally share.
